Delivery times & Postage Fees

All orders will be processed usually within one week from the order. Please note that some items are pre-sale products, so note the release date of the products when placing orders. The shipping costs will be calculated automatically to your shopping cart. Some countries have an option for letter deliveries to choose a courier for the order (for example: GLS, FedEx etc.).

THE AVAILABILITY OF DELIVERY METHODS DEPENDS ON THE PHYSICAL SIZE OF YOUR ORDER! For example some hoodies can not be sent as a letter as they are too big. The available delivery methods are always presented automatically at the checkout. If you can not see a certain delivery method, it is not possible to use it.

Delivery times & delivery fees does not include possible customs declaration delays or fees. With Posti deliveries you can contact your local customs office and ask the possible extra costs or delays. If you use FedEx, they will handle the customs declaration. Paying your order

Card payments (Visa, Visa Electron & MasterCard)

Card payments can be performed online safely with the Nets (Luottokunta) SSL-secured payment form. Our company does not have access to cardholder data, and card information is not stored on our systems. Our online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services, which verify the identity of the cardholder.

Online payments can be made with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard payment cards.

Card payments using Paytrail -payment service

When paying with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Mad Supply Oy will be the provider of goods and services and ships the goods to the customer, but any complaints will be handled by Paytrail.

In all purchases made with Visa, Visa Electron or Mastercard, Paytrail Oy is the seller, and the transaction is made between the customer and Paytrail Oy. The seller is responsible for all obligations incurred by the transaction. Paytrail Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

International bank transfer

When you choose to pay with international bank transfer, you will be sent an e-mail with payment details. Please note that you must pay ALL the transaction fees for the payment, otherwise we can't get your order shipped until we receive the payment in total. If you have questions about the transaction fees, please contact your local bank about it. Usually, when making an online bank transfer, the system asks from you that who will be paying the transaction fees: the one who pays, or the receiver. In order to get your payment paid in total, please select that you will be the one who pays the transaction fees.

 


Additional information on paying

Paytrail Oy buys the receivable, i.e. the cost of the order from the web seller and offers you the possibility to pay it with any method mentioned here. The information about your payment will be instantly sent to the seller.

In credit card payments the seller and recipient of the payment is Paytrail Oy. In case of complaints, however, we ask you to primarily contact the customer service of Paitamesta.com.

 


Returns & Exchanges

We strive to deliver the appropriate goods in flawless condition. If you however receive a wrong or faulty product, we will exchange it for a new one, or, if you want, refund your money.

Customers outside Finland have to take care of the return shipping costs themselves. We will ship the replacement goods for free.

Paitamesta.com shall be not liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Force Majeure, including fire, storm, flood, sabotage, interruptions in money traffic and traffic, accidents causing major harm, actions of public authorities, current or changed law, or labor disputes.
